Pidgin 10 Commandments

It's about time I make the Gathering Place what it should be... with Aloha. To kick it off, a pidgin English lesson for you. The 10 Commandments. lol Pidgin is a broken form of English that many people speak hear because of Hawaii's rich cultural diversity.

1. God is no ka oi (numbah one).

2. No make da kine statues (false gods).
3. Watch yo' mout. No swea with God's name.
4. On Sunday, no can do notting. Note: It's really Saturday. lol
5. Leesen to yo' muddah and yo' fuddah.
6. No kill nobody.
7. No go moemoe with yo' bradah's wahine.
8. No cockaroach notting.
9. No lie, brah!
10. No be jealous fo' da odda guy's stuffs.

So...can you come up with your own unique version of the 10 Commandments (and still be accurate)? Post your ideas. I wanna hear them. :)

Trish, I thought I had left a comment already, but I just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying the soaps. My favorite is the Fir Needles... it lathers up nicely and leaves my hands feeling so clean!
